District Sales Manager Honolulu, Hawaii / Full‑time

Responsibilities Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships and executes sales of Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau products.

Achieves sales plan for assigned territory.

Develops and maintains relationships with all accounts.

Initiates and schedules orders with regional inside‑sales.

Reviews and writes RA’s following BSH policies.

Coordinates returned goods sales with OTC department.

Manages all assigned regional credits.

Communicates Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau programs with Director, OM, RSM and Irvine.

Maintains product displays and POP cleanliness.

Gathers and analyzes competitive regional pricing and marketing programs.

Assists in organizing regional trainings and showroom activities.

Manages information flow to RSM.

Maintains database of all accounts and performance data.

Coordinates and develops brand‑specific events inside and outside showroom.

Trade Focused Activities

Develop relationships with key market influencers.

Coordinate joint sales calls with dealer sales teams.

Drive dealer sales to designers, architects, builders, and remodelers.

Identify and support key kitchen studios.

Secure sales of Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau brands in projects.

Focus on single‑family home builders independently and with dealer partners.

Participate in national trade activities (NAHB Builder 20 Meetings, CEU Classes).

Work with RBSM to identify project leads and prepare presentations.

Gather and analyze competitive trade programming.

Participate in local trade association meetings.

Host trade meetings in showroom and dealer showrooms.

Implement market strategies to increase revenue in builder channel.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree – Preferred

7–10 Years of Sales experience – Required

Domestic travel (car, plane, boat) including overnight and weekends.

Must be able to drive to visits daily; active driver’s license in good standing.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Time‑management, influencing, analytical skills.

Strong training abilities.

Business‑to‑business sales experience.

Negotiation experience of minimum 2 years.

Proven sales track record of success.

Appliance experience preferred.

Must live in territory and be willing to travel 75% of the time.

Pay & Benefits Pay range: $79,639 – $106,175 per year. Incentive target: 67% of quarterly sales target. Incentive plans available.
