That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About The Team The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. The Sales Strategy and Operations function plays a crucial role in enabling our sales organization. We inform strategy, optimize processes, and provide insights that propel sales growth, acting as objective, trusted partners to Sales Leadership.

What you’ll do We are seeking a technically sophisticated and detail‑oriented individual to serve as a Sales Strategy and Operations Data Analyst in support of both the AMER and Global Platform business. This person will improve the quality of sales analytics and insights, standardize reporting, and scale across segments and regions, enabling data‑driven decisions for sales, product, and other GTM leaders.

Responsibilities

Operating Cadence: Execute the standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of operations (weekly forecasting calls, monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews).

Business Insights: Develop a deep understanding of Stripe’s Platform business and its sales funnel across user segments and geographies. Monitor progress, health, and sustainability of the overall strategy, providing actionable insight and strategic perspective on business performance. Effectively communicate insights to business leads and influence strategic decision‑making.

Strategy / Planning: Analyze sales and revenue data and other metrics to build models and provide actionable recommendations during the annual planning process (resource planning, territory design, target/quota setting and management).

Program and Process Management: Independently develop and manage project or program plans to support key stakeholder asks and core operational planning processes. Manage platform‑wide operational processes and programs, including sales territory development.

Scalable Insight: Conceptualize, build, manage, and maintain centralized tools (including spreadsheet models and dashboards) that the business and Sales Strategy and Operations team can use to extract data and insights automatically. Improve usability and accessibility of insights from existing systems and tools, collaborating with development teams.

Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Experience working with large data sets, especially imperfect data, to creatively solve problems and create scalable reports and dashboards or ad‑hoc analysis.

Executive presence and experience presenting technical content to non‑technical audiences and leadership, translating business insights into practical recommendations.

User‑first mindset: Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with stakeholders, clearly communicating data insights and takeaways.

Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. Pragmatic problem solver with a bias to action and “getting things done.” Passionate about driving business outcomes at the ground level.
