The salary range for this position is $47-50 per hour. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco—Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office, with Mondays and Fridays remote.

SUMMARY
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and detail-obsessed Print Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Fenty Creative team. If you geek out over beautifully printed pieces, love the smell of fresh ink (kinda), and dream in CMYK, this could be your dream role.
You’ll get to flex your creative muscles across a wide range of printed materials—think in-store fixtures and displays, event graphics, influencer giftings, and beyond—bringing our brand to life in tangible, high-impact ways. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and can take a project from concept through production like a pro.
The Temp- Manager, Print Designer will collaborate closely with our Design Director and cross-functional partners, so being open to feedback and iterating through multiple rounds is key—we value craft, collaboration, and pushing good work to be great. We’re looking for someone who’s confident in their skills, self-motivated, and eager to continue growing within a fast-paced, creatively driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design a wide range of high-quality print assets including:
In-store fixtures and graphics
Educational marketing tools
Magazine and out-of-home advertisements
Event graphics and pop-up spaces
“Get the Look” cards, service menus, and more
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Brand, Sales, Marketing, Copy, Events) to deliver compelling, on-brand visual solutions
Incorporate multiple rounds of feedback with openness and professionalism, revising designs thoughtfully based on input from the Design Director and project stakeholders
Ensure all printed materials align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Prepare and package files for production and collaborate closely with vendors and printers
Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Stay current with print design trends, materials, and production techniques to inform your work
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on print
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Visual Design or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production best practices
Proven experience preparing production-ready files and working with print vendors
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of print design work
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer-centric visual solutions
Comfortable navigating multiple rounds of feedback with a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and execute feedback
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Self-motivated with a drive to excel and grow as a designer
Passion for the beauty and retail space
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in the beauty industry
Experience working within an in-house creative team
Experience working with retailers such as Sephora and Ulta
