Vice President, Portfolio Analytics & Investment Reporting
Location : Denver, CO or Los Angeles, CA
Step into a high-impact leadership role at the center of institutional real estate investing. This Vice President will own portfolio analytics, investment performance reporting, and executive-level insights across multiple large, complex real estate portfolios. You will lead and scale a growing team, elevate reporting standards, and partner closely with senior leadership and institutional clients to shape strategy, strengthen decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
What you will lead
A high-performing analytics and reporting function supporting multiple institutional real estate programs
Quarterly and annual investor reporting, dashboards, and investment committee materials
Portfolio-level performance analysis, benchmarking, KPIs, and management dashboards
Forecasting and long-range planning, including portfolio and property-level aggregation
Technical reviews across leverage, capital structures, fee arrangements, waterfalls, and allocations
Data integrity and system optimization across platforms including Pereview, with opportunities to enhance automation and reduce manual processes
Cross-functional collaboration with portfolio management, accounting, data analytics, technology, and business development

What we are looking for
10–15+ years of real estate financial analysis, fund accounting, portfolio reporting, or investment operations experience
Proven people leadership supporting institutional portfolios and complex reporting deliverables
Strong command of real estate financial statements, NAV, valuation processes, and performance measurement
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Pereview, Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms is a plus
Executive presence with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Compensation :
$160-180k base DOE plus discretionary bonus potential up to 100%.
