What You’ll Do Provide support, financial knowledge, and expertise as a key business manager, assisting all levels of management in delivering hospitality service of the highest quality worldwide. Assist GMs in achieving business goals, direct accounting and control functions at the property, and ensure timely reporting of operating results while maintaining the integrity of the management information system.

Responsibilities

Supervise all accounting functions for your property.

Prepare financial documents within the closing schedule and according to Company Policies, GAAP, and the Uniform System of Accounts.

Analyze and interpret financial results to assist and advise GMs and the Home Office team.

Maintain balance sheet analysis, prepare forecasts, and cash flow statements monthly.

Prepare timely and accurate tax returns and external reports.

Ensure successful treasury cash management and compliance with agreements and legal documents.

Maintain the integrity and efficiency of computerized data processing functions.

Compile financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and identify variances with recommendations for improvement.

Review forecasts and budgets to ensure realistic performance guidelines.

Maintain legal, treasury, and tax documentation and meet statutory reporting requirements.

Install and maintain adequate controls to protect property assets.

Coach department heads on financial responsibilities and effective management techniques.

Monitor economic and governmental trends to advise management on potential impacts.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Studies (required); Master’s degree and/or CPA is a plus.

2‑3 years of director‑level hospitality finance experience (preferred).

Well organized, detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.

Experience with PeopleSoft or similar accounting package; proficiency in Outlook/BPC is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; current technology expertise and know‑how.

Excellent financial modeling, project management, and critical thinking skills with a strong work ethic.
