We've recently partnered with an operationally focused Lower Middle Market Aerospace & Defense Private Equity firm based out of the Atlanta, GA area looking to add someone on at the Associate level. The firm has been around for ~10 years and have positioned themselves to be one of the top PE funds in the nation from a returns standpoint. With a new fund upcoming, the team is now looking to add someone on at the junior level to come in and assist the team with most aspects of the deal process. This individual upon strong performance would have the ability to grow long term with the firm and be rewarded for doing so. With a lean team this individual will have easy access to mentorship from senior leadership as well as get the chance to join an organization that has a strong tight-knit culture. Start date for the role is fairly flexible and comes with a competitive compensation package for the area.
