Finance Manager – Supply Chain BI/Data Automation (Hybrid – Seattle, Washington)
The Supply Chain Finance team seeks an individual contributor Manager of Finance – BI/Automation to equip our finance organization and supply chain partners with the tools, automation, and reporting that enable performance management across all business units. Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using relational database management systems, SQL, planning tools, and visualization platforms such as Tableau. Translate business requirements into BI solutions that support P&L management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy, timeliness, and scalability. Provide actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and advanced analytics to support decision‑making across the entire business. Ensure financial data integrity and alignment with accounting standards while supporting operational efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and a strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L structures, and financial reporting. 5+ years of experience in finance and/or business intelligence, with preference for supply chain finance or supply chain operations experience. Proficiency with databases, data warehousing technologies, SQL, and Tableau or similar BI visualization tools. Strong Excel abilities, including driver‑based model building and advanced analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to summarize insights and provide recommendations to various levels of the organization. Benefits
