Compensation:

$110,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Own

Lead assigned vertical construction projects through pre‑construction, execution, and closeout.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Alpha’s standards of excellence.

Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets and schedules.

Proactively manage costs, resources, and change to protect margins and momentum.

Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with urgency and accuracy.

Lead progress meetings and maintain transparent communication across all stakeholders.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.

Partner with Superintendents to remove obstacles and keep work moving.

Identify risks early and implement practical solutions.

Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and accountability.

Mentor and support Project Engineers and field staff.

Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team environment rooted in Alpha’s values.

Requirements

4–6+ years of project management experience in vertical construction (commercial, institutional, or mixed‑use).

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Strong command of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

Proficient with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office.

Clear, confident communicator who earns trust with clients and crews alike.

Takes ownership, learns fast, and raises the bar for themselves and others.
