GTM FP&A Manager (15 month contract)

GTM FP&A Manager
supporting our global Go-to-Market organization. This 15‑month contract (parental leave cover) will run until April 2027.

Location & Workstyle The role is based near the San Francisco or Austin office, but we welcome remote applicants within the U.S. with a preference for California and Washington.
Team & Function The GTM Finance team partners with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, RevOps and the broader FP&A organization to forecast, plan and analyse performance, enabling data‑driven decisions that drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with GTM leaders, delivering clarity on complex decisions and offering constructive insight.
Own budgeting, monthly close and expense forecasting for the GTM organization.
Analyze drivers behind headcount, commissions, T&E, tooling and other investments, synthesizing impact into concise insights.
Identify risks, opportunities and trade‑offs, connecting trends across teams and initiatives.
Prepare executive‑ready commentary and performance materials for senior audiences.
Maintain and improve the unit economics model (LTV:CAC, CAC payback) ensuring it reflects reality and supports strategy.
Partner with RevOps, Sales leadership and Accounting to forecast commissions accurately and align with business performance.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data integrity and enhance GTM forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
5–8 years of FP&A, strategic finance or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high‑growth technology environment.
Strong financial modeling skills and a track record of owning and improving models and processes.
Excellent communication skills, crafting clear, concise narratives for senior audiences.
Comfort offering strategic insight, highlighting trade‑offs and guiding leaders toward better decisions.
Build trust quickly and partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Thriving in ambiguity and taking initiative to bring structure, clarity and direction.
Experience with Anaplan, SQL or similar BI tools.
