Job Overview Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth at their Asheville, NC location. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day branch performance, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and team members.
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day branch performance and manage overall branch operations
Support sales initiatives and strengthen customer relationships
Manage inventory, improve processes, and execute local business strategies
Lead, coach, and develop staff across the branch
Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships to maintain optimal inventory levels
Qualifications
2+ years of Branch Management experience in wholesale supplies
Metrics reporting experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Must be located in Asheville or the surrounding areas
