Job Description Position Summary The IT Analyst – HR Systems will work in partnership with Aspen One’s HRIS and Payroll department to provide functional and technical guidance on the Kronos Workforce Dimensions platform. The main focus for this role will be on supporting the Kronos platform for HR and Payroll. This role will also be responsible for ongoing configuration, custom reporting, and integrations for the Kronos platform. The IT Analyst will be a trusted advisor and will be a matrixed team member with responsibility to both HR and IT. This role will report to the Director of Business Applications.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $73,000 to $90,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions
Act as a leader between HR and IT by providing ongoing support of Kronos Workforce Dimensions HR & Payroll/Timekeeping.
Understand data relationships and use appropriate extraction/reporting tools.
Define business requirements, test, deliver, and support.
Create and support integrations to/from Kronos HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping leveraging the Kronos Integration technology options.
Provide analysis and project oversight for future integrations and system implementations.
Assess upcoming Kronos releases for bug fixes and new functionality; assist in testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Articulate solutions and alternatives that best solve existing business problems.
Develop requirements and design/configuration specifications to hand off to external vendors for development and implementation.
Configure the Kronos system to reflect HR/Payroll changes driven by compliance and HR initiatives, facilitate day‑to‑day interaction with business partners and vendors, and develop and execute robust test plans.
Ensure system enhancements are reviewed, approved, funded and implemented.
Provide technical support for the bi‑weekly payroll process, including troubleshooting or creating tickets with UKG/Kronos as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or an associated field required; or degree in other fields with appropriate experience.
1+ year of experience working in an HR system administrator/IT support role.
1+ years of hands‑on requirements and design development in complex environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience with the UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready or Dimensions software preferred.
Specific functional expertise in HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping preferred.
Expertise in other corporate applications areas, such as Accounting and Finance, highly desired.
Experience working with matrixed teams and vendor partners.
Experience working in the leisure, travel, tourism, ski resort, or hospitality industries highly desired.
Technical aptitude to investigate and analyze system capabilities related to integrations, reporting, interfaces, and troubleshooting.
Proficient knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Proficiency in planning, managing, and executing projects within scope and deadlines.
Ability to solve complex issues and find solutions in challenging situations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Ability to analyze situations, identify core issues, and make effective and efficient decisions.
Additional Information Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to stand, type, and sit at a desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements.
No adverse or hazardous conditions.
Not required, but preferred to occasionally lift, push or pull 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
