We are currently looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager in Washington. The Senior Demand Generation Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement. This role balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution, enabling both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. You will work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design data‑driven campaigns across digital events, paid media, ABM, email, and more. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leverages analytics to guide decisions, and translates insights into measurable business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape demand generation strategies, improve campaign performance, and contribute directly to business growth. Accountabilities

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel demand generation campaigns, including webinars, content syndication, ABM initiatives, and paid media. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to manage the marketing campaign calendar and ensure alignment with business goals. Maintain and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns for closed‑loop attribution, reporting, and lead management. Oversee paid media initiatives across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit, analyzing performance to maximize ROI. Manage global email marketing programs, lead nurturing, and customer communications to improve engagement and conversion metrics. Support sales teams with campaign context, intent signals, and lead intelligence to enhance pipeline conversion. Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance, applying insights to continuously improve results. Requirements

5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or startup environments. Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable strategies. Experience with multi‑channel campaign management, including paid media, email, ABM, and events. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing metrics, and modern B2B buyer trends. Benefits
