Job Summary The Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect product team is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Manager of Digital Products to lead the portfolio operations team. The portfolio operations team is responsible for all program schedule, cost & budget, quality, and communications & training leadership for all products in the Cat Foresight & Cat Inspect portfolio for 2030 Strategy work for Condition Monitoring, Inspections, and CVA Maintenance & Repair Management. They will work with the Cat Foresight & Cat Inspect product managers as well as internal and external stakeholders to execute digital product strategies that meet business partner needs and organize and prioritize the resources necessary to deliver.

What You Will Do

Manages a team of product management professionals responsible to coordinate the program schedule, cost & budget, quality management, and communications & training for all products in the Cat Foresight & Cat Inspect portfolio

Recruits and develops the best talent for the Cat Foresight & Cat Inspect product operations team

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital product strategic plans

Builds, maintains, and delivers the program schedule for the 2030 Strategy work for Condition Monitoring, Inspections, and CVA Maintenance & Repair Management

Plans, tracks, and coordinates annual budget & monthly cost management for the Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect portfolio

Prioritizes & communicates quality issues, and develops & executes strategic quality improvement plans for all Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect products

Develops communications for portfolio updates for internal & external stakeholders

Develops & Delivers training materials for all Cat® Foresight & Cat® Inspect products

What You Will Have

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Expert knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Software Product Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.

Additional Information This position will have the option to be based out of Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL offices.

Summary Pay Range $156,000.00 - $253,560.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
