Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a safe, professional Pilates program for each client to help them achieve their goals.
Conduct complimentary assessments to identify client needs and set measurable goals.
Teach individual, duet, and semi‑private sessions.
Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to grow your client book and succeed in a member‑based business model.
Complete all administrative tasks related to client management.
Partner with club departments to provide a well‑rounded experience for members.
Maintain the highest level of customer service for members and guests.
Encourage consistent client activity to achieve results.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
Keep studio and equipment clean and organized.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, Cadillac/trapeze, Wunda chair, combo chair, and barrels).
Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through an approved certification program.
Provide a valid copy of all Pilates certifications.
Exceptional customer‑service skills.
Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, and safely spot clients during sessions.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $45–$62 per session, $16.50 per hour for non‑session work; incentive bonuses available.
Compensation for time spent in internal Pilates continuing education and business development.
