Job Description We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Architect to help design develop and implement advanced blockchain systems. This role requires someone who understands distributed ledger technologies deeply and can guide the architecture and development of scalable blockchain solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams business stakeholders and leadership to define technical strategies and drive end-to-end blockchain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop the overall blockchain architecture including consensus mechanisms smart contracts and system integration.
Evaluate recommend and implement blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum Hyperledger Fabric Corda or other emerging platforms.
Create technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints for blockchain implementation across various business domains.
Lead development teams provide code reviews and ensure high standards of security and performance.
Integrate blockchain systems with existing enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
Conduct research and stay updated with new blockchain trends cryptographic techniques tools and regulatory requirements.
Develop prototypes (POCs) to validate solutions and support decision-making.
Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Define and enforce best practices for smart contract development and deployment.
Lead troubleshooting performance optimization and security assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
12 years of experience in software development and architecture with at least 5 years focused on blockchain or distributed systems.
Strong programming background in languages such as Solidity Go Rust Java Python or .
Deep understanding of cryptography hashing digital signatures and consensus algorithms.
Experience building smart contracts and decentralized applications using platforms like Ethereum or Hyperledger.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of microservices architecture APIs and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with data security identity management and secure transaction processing.
Ability to lead technical teams and drive enterprise-level architecture decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with tokenization NFTs Web3 development or DeFi ecosystems.
Understanding of blockchain governance and compliance frameworks.
Background in financial services supply chain or large enterprise environments.
Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
