Position Overview
Assistant Crop Farm Manager and Equipment Operator. Immediately available on a 2000‑acre, 700‑cow family dairy farm in central Wisconsin. The successful applicant will lead a team that plants and harvests crops, and maintains the equipment in support of the dairy operation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead crop planting and harvesting operations.
Maintain and operate farm equipment.
Move feed and equipment as needed.
Feed cows on the cow feeders day off.
Solve problems collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications Leadership experience, good organization skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems with others.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation depends on abilities and experience. Excellent starting salary. After a trial period, housing may be available as an added benefit. Hours flexible depending on the season. Annual vacation contingent on the number of years of employment with the company.
