Job Summary Looking for a Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and CICS. Must be proficient in IBM JCL utilities, File Manager, and version control tools like Changeman/Endevor. Experience with scheduling tools (TWS/CA7), ServiceNow, and Agile (Rally) is required. Insurance domain knowledge and excellent client interaction skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
Utilize IBM utilities, File Manager, and version control tools (Changeman/Endevor) for code management.
Manage job scheduling and automation using TWS and CA7.
Handle incident management and service requests via ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Work in Agile environments using Rally for sprint planning and tracking.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, perform code reviews, and support production deployments.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing technical solutions and maintaining professionalism.
Compensation Base compensation range: $61,087 to $104,364

The base compensation range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
