We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise Microsoft environments, both on-premises and in Azure. The role focuses on delivering secure, resilient, and automated infrastructure solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell-based automation, with an emphasis on disaster recovery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hybrid cloud environments, including on-premises and Azure workloads.
Implement identity and access controls across Microsoft environments.
Automate workflows and infrastructure deployments using scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
Optimize Microsoft 365 services for performance, security, and compliance.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents.
Monitor system performance and drive improvements to ensure reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
Expertise in Azure, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft 365 administration, and hybrid disaster recovery.
Strong communication, leadership, and process management skills.
