Entry-Level Construction Project Manager

to be based in

Fort Lauderdale, FL . This position is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2026.

Responsibilities

Supports overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.

Follows technical direction and guidance from senior managers, abides by company and project policies, helps build client interface, and supports all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule under the direction of supervisors.

May interact with superintendents to address project questions/issues.

May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting.

Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.

Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or another related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $58,000 to $75,000.
