Entry Level Production Engineer (Assembly and Installation)
Join Boeing’s team as an Entry Level Production Engineer supporting manufacturing in Everett and Renton, Washington.

This position supports production in commercial airplanes and helps implement tooling, manufacturing plans, and Lean principles.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
Participate as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Support development, identification, and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of program architecture for build.
Implement manufacturing plans and investigate technical problems.
Participate in Lean implementation and interface with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, and knowledge.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor of Science in an accredited engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science program.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in an engineering discipline.
Experience in a production environment.
At least one year of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
Experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA.
Union Representation Union‑represented position.
In SPEEA‑covered locations, the job family is covered by collective bargaining agreement terms.

Pay and Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation.
