As a Senior Consultant, you’ll Lead transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning to pave the way for successful change. Develop and deliver communication, training, and engagement strategies that resonate. Design and facilitate leadership alignment programs to drive executive sponsorship and commitment. Run interactive workshops and feedback sessions to monitor adoption and course correct as needed. Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure change efforts are strategically integrated and sustainable. Your Profile
You’re a strategic thinker, a natural facilitator, and a change champion. Your background includes: 4–6 years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or business consulting. Proven success in OCM projects involving outsourcing, MSS transitions, M&A, or Agile POD delivery. Experience leading multi-country programs across functions like Global Contact Centers or Service Desk implementations. Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and ITSM processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A knack for designing and executing leadership engagement programs. Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to leading by example. Must have an awareness of how to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
