Role: Oracle Fusion Finance SME Lead the design, configuration and integration of Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub Cloud (AHCSFAH) General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure robust financial processes, compliance, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

Base Pay Range $135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

Architect and configure FAH for subledger accounting rules and event models.

Design and implement GL ledger architecture, SLA rules, allocations, revaluation, and translation.

Configure AP processes, including invoice processing, payment terms, approvals, and supplier setups.

Implement SOX/ICFR controls for journal entries and AP workflows.

Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure adherence to Oracle standards.

Support statutory requirements.

Project Delivery

Lead requirements workshops and prepare functional and technical design documents.

Supervise junior consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.

Drive Agile project delivery, manage sprints, and ensure timely deliverables.

Required Qualifications

12–15 years of experience in ERP Finance on Oracle Fusion Financials.

Functional experience implementing Finance Cloud modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounting Hub Cloud.

Hands‑on experience with solution design, functional documentation, configuration, testing, and user demos for these modules.

At least 2 Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP).

Knowledge of FBDI, REST, SOAP, OTBI reports.

Ability to understand and write SQL/PLSQL queries.

Ability to provide functional design inputs for OIC‑based integrations and extensions.

Experience in multientity, multicurrency environments.

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Financials certification.

Domain knowledge in banking or insurance.

Exposure to intercompany and treasury integrations.

Certification in CACPAMBA Finance or equivalent.
