Job Description NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S) is responsible for the product development and project management of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From sales support to campaign execution, delivery, and billing, our division serves internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. Together, we’re building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU.

The AP&S Business Intelligence team leverages data to empower our business customers with actionable insights that drive business performance and foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making. We are currently seeking a Product Manager to execute on a comprehensive roadmap supporting our customers across Ad Sales, Platform Monetization, Strategy, and Finance. This role focuses on using data to inform workflows, applying best‑in‑class technology solutions to enable access to data, driving efficiencies in business processes, facilitating proactive decision‑making, and ensuring a trusted and quality data experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify business problems and translate them into product solutions.

Write SQL queries to answer urgent business questions and mine large datasets for novel insights.

Manage large‑scale projects with multiple concurrent workstreams through the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and definition to testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.

Convert strategic goals from senior leadership into actionable project plans; track risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and keep customers informed on scope and schedule changes.

Present a clear product strategy with detailed roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.

Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering partners, ensuring products and their features are clearly understood and documented.

Compose decks and presentations that communicate ideas effectively to leadership audiences.

Create and manage enterprise reports and dashboards and assist in the design of scalable, high‑availability data pipelines.

Provide subject‑matter expertise on how attributes and metrics in our reports are defined and sourced and assess the impact that changes to upstream systems may have on various business intelligence products.

Create and maintain product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and process flows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree minimum, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of experience in product management or a related field.

Technical proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to independently write complex queries.

Creative problem‑solver who can negotiate pragmatic, technically feasible solutions amid tight timelines and complex requirements.

Strong project‑management skills: able to break down complex projects, prioritize tasks, map dependencies, and identify risks.

Additional Requirements Hybrid:

This position is designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 2026, the role will require a minimum of four days per week from the office.

Salary Base pay range: $135,000 – $165,000 per year, bonus eligible.
