Job Description:

Rainforest is hiring a Technical Product Owner – Payment Experiences Team to create exceptional user and developer experiences for its payment platform. You’ll work closely with the Payment Experiences engineering team to enhance API and embedded web component integrations for SaaS clients. This is a technical, high‑ownership role where you’ll shape how thousands of users interact with Rainforest’s payment systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years as a Product Owner or Technical PM, preferably in payment processing or PayFac

Strong experience with API & SQL

Strong understanding of payment lifecycles, ACH, interchange, and merchant onboarding

Technical fluency with modern SaaS applications, APIs, and integration patterns

Proficiency in UI/UX prototyping

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
