Assistant Store Manager, Full-Time – Houston Galleria
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and lead a high‑performing team. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include project coordination, training, visual merchandising, sales strategy, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities.
Assign projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, executing vendor‑mandated visual merchandising (VM) directives.
Lead sales, stock, and service delivery initiatives to achieve store targets.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and recommend operational improvements.
Support company wellness and employee engagement programs.
Skills & Experience
1+ year of retail management, preferably fast‑fashion retail.
Proven track record of leading high‑performance teams.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive results.
Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations.
Excellent communication, customer‑service, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, routinely squat/kneel, and use ladders or stoops safely.
Physical Requirements
Move throughout the store during shifts.
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
Squat or kneel regularly to access under‑storage bins.
Use ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely for required tasks.

Compensation $74,250.00 – $82,500.00 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications).
