Job Description Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), behavior technicians are responsible for the direct application of skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction treatment plans. They also gather data and work with clients to ensure progress.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Current/active RBT certification preferred.
Availability after school hours.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, including experience with autism or in an adjacent field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valid ID and reliable transportation.
Fully COVID‑vaccinated.
Preferred Qualifications
RBT certification.
Direct experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.
1‑year ABA experience.
Work Location Multiple locations – we offer in‑home services, so the location depends on the client.
