Associate General Dentist El ite Smiles Dental, LLC – a privately owned and highly regarded dental practice in Terre Haute, IN – is seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team.
The role involves providing comprehensive dental care services, including preventive, restorative, crowns, dentures, implants, and cosmetic dentistry in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $225,000.00 – $325,000.00+ (based on experience)

Schedule Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional Friday hours.
Team and Facility
Full clinical team: 8 dental hygienists and 6 EFDA’s
Full administrative team: marketing, finance, and onsite call center
Mentoring dentists with over 40 years of experience for one‑on‑one support
Brand new, 7,000 sq ft facility featuring 15 private suites and up‑to‑date technology
100 % clinical autonomy
High patient volume: 180 new patients per month
Work‑life balance: schedule flexibility to support personal activities

West Central Indiana – 50 min to Indianapolis International Airport
2 h to St. Louis; 3 h to Chicago; 2.5 h to Cincinnati; 2 h to Louisville; 3.5 h to Nashville, TN
