Certified in Radiant (Epic RAW support on‑call rotation)

Job Function Summary Involves the design, building, testing, and implementation of clinical application systems. Provides support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards when adapting software to meet their needs. Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols. Prepares detailed specifications encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis. May provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Generic Scope Experienced professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field; independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.
Custom Scope Applies skills as a seasoned clinical applications professional to projects of medium size at all levels of complexity, or portions of large projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support contact and expert for technology solutions used within cardiology service lines.
Configure, build, and install applications under the direction of the Team Lead or Manager.
Coordinate all issues arising during the project for the application area.
Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of supported clinical or business operations.
Document operational specifications and application functionality in detail.
Evaluate new releases to determine workflow modifications.
Build and populate databases and tables during initial system configuration.
Conduct system testing and conversion data validation.
Develop and document internal procedures and establish change control processes for the application.
Create user training aids and train end users in workflow and application use.
Provide troubleshooting support and answer user questions during training, go‑live, stabilization, and ongoing 7x24 support.
Communicate effectively and make independent decisions in collaboration with others at all project levels.
Pay meticulous attention to detail.
Assist users in learning and adopting technology solutions.
