Lead the FB-Tech leadership operating rhythm (staff meetings, steering committees, strategy sessions, offsites, town halls).

Prepare and/or review executive-ready materials for the SVP, including Board/ExCo updates, strategy narratives, dashboards, and key decision documents.

Coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on FB-Tech goals and deliverables.

Lead annual and multi-year strategic and financial planning processes for FB-Tech in partnership with Finance and business/value stream leaders.

Translate enterprise and business strategy into an actionable technology roadmap for the FB value stream, clarifying priorities, scope, and sequencing.

Define and maintain FB-Tech OKRs/KPIs; ensure metrics are tracked, reported, and used to drive course corrections.

Support operating model evolution for FB-Tech (e.g., Agile ways of working, value stream funding, product-centric delivery).

Standardize planning and governance processes to enable transparency, predictability, and accountable delivery across teams.

Portfolio Manager – FB-Tech Value Stream

Own the integrated FB-Tech initiative portfolio, spanning demand intake, prioritization, funding and execution tracking.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to evaluate and prioritize investments based on value, risk, capacity, and strategic fit.

Maintain a single, authoritative view of the FB value stream portfolio (in-flight, pipeline, and proposed initiatives).

Establish and run portfolio governance forums, ensuring clear decisions, issue escalation, and alignment across stakeholders.

Monitor portfolio health (schedule, budget, benefits, risk); recommend trade-offs and reallocation of capacity/funding as needed.

Ensure dependencies across products, platforms, and shared services that are identified and managed.

Strategic Operations & Communication

Drive continuous improvement of FB-Tech processes, tools, and ways of working to increase speed, quality and clarity.

Partner with Communications to craft and deliver compelling narratives about FB-Tech strategy, roadmap and achievements.

Support talent, culture and engagement initiatives within FB-Tech, including org design, role clarity, and leadership development activities.

Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-informed decisions across the FB value stream.

Support major employee growth initiatives by partnering with HR, Communications, and Technology leaders to design and enhance onboarding processes and new-hire experiences. Manage hiring plans and related activities, including location strategy, team alignment, seating assignments, and coordination across stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

10-15+ years of experience in technology strategy, product/portfolio management, consulting or strategic operations, preferably within financial services or insurance.
