Base Pay Range $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Oversee program staff and/or students while providing supportive and clinical services to patients in a community health setting.
Manage program operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and advancing program goals.
Schedule 09:00am to 05:00pm in the Bronx, NY.
Requirements
MSW, PhD, PsyD.
LCSW or LCSW‑R required.
Ability to provide advanced clinical supervision to interns and staff.
Experience working with diverse populations such as HIV, homeless, mentally ill, elderly, children, and adolescents.
Technical knowledge of program development and relevant community resources.
Ability to develop linkage with community organizations.
Excellent communication and human relation skills.
Qualifications
Program administration experience preferred.
Experience in crisis intervention and providing individual, family, and group counseling.
Experience in task and clinical supervision for psychosocial services staff.
Experience in quality assurance and clinical excellence.
Experience in chart reviews to ensure quality indicators are met.
Experience in co‑signing student progress notes and evaluations.
Experience in overseeing the identification of child welfare issues.
