Malignant Hematologist | Cellular Therapy & Transplant | Florida | Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center Job Summary: Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, Florida is actively seeking an experienced Hematologist to join our Cancer Medicine Division. This physician will expand the delivery of cutting‑edge therapies for patients with hematological malignancies and support our Cellular Therapy Program. Our state‑of‑the‑art cellular therapy and stem cell transplant unit is under construction at the downtown Baptist Hospital and will open in late 2025.

Expertise and Background

Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Hematology or Medical Oncology with a record of clinical and academic achievement.

At least three years of experience in malignant hematology.

Desired: experience in cellular therapy / CAR‑T or Stem Cell Transplant.

Desired: clinical research experience and prior educational activities.

Graduating fellows may be considered if they demonstrate a serious commitment and training track record.

Demonstrated commitment to multidisciplinary cancer care.

Full support of the clinical, research, and educational missions of our program.

Establish and maintain an active clinical practice.

Recommended for adjunct academic appointment at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston commensurate with accomplishments.

Education & Credentials

Doctorate of Medicine.

Board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hematology (and Oncology).

Unrestricted Florida Medical License.

DEA license.

Experience ≥ 3 years of Hematology (and Oncology) experience preferred.
