Responsibilities
Drive strategic business initiatives that deliver long‑term impact, leading cross‑functional efforts and enterprise‑level projects to outpace competition.
Lead the strategic planning process with Finance, Business, and Transformation teams, setting goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure success.
Maintain market intelligence by tracking competitive, technical, and societal trends to guide active portfolio management and value creation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to craft compelling strategic communications and build customer relationships that surface key market insights.
Translate strategy into action by presenting recommendations to leadership, shaping growth agendas, and ensuring execution through measurable objectives.
Qualifications
10+ years of MedTech/Healthcare experience, preferably with 5+ years at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategy/business development role in MedTech.
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, product development for medical devices, quality processes, and regulatory environments for Class III devices.
International business experience and depth in the HealthTech domain.
Track record of influencing senior leadership, building high‑performing teams, and executing strategy in multinational organizations.
Strong portfolio management skills and understanding of how internal initiatives impact the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in medical or business related fields preferred.
Valid US work authorization; must be able to travel ±25% as required.
How We Work Together Office‑based role requiring full‑time presence at Philips facilities in Plymouth, MN at least 3 days per week.
