This role offers an exciting opportunity to define and lead the technology vision for a high‑growth, creator‑focused platform. The CTO will drive the architecture, infrastructure, and AI systems that power scalable products and tools, enabling creators and founder‑led businesses to launch, grow, and manage their operations effectively. The position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on technical leadership, focusing on building robust, secure, and innovative platforms.

Accountabilities

Define and own the long‑term technology strategy, architecture, and engineering standards across all products and platforms.

Lead the design, build, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Develop and execute AI and data strategies, including model integration, analytics platforms, and intelligent workflow systems.

Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team, establishing culture, processes, and performance standards.

Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and system reliability initiatives.

Collaborate with business, product, and media leaders to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive impact across the ecosystem.

Represent the technology vision to partners, investors, and the broader industry, providing thought leadership and technical guidance.

Requirements

8+ years in engineering leadership roles, including experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar.

Proven experience delivering greenfield technology builds and cloud infrastructure at scale.

Hands‑on experience with AI/ML stacks, data platforms, and integration of AI into production systems.

Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, secure architecture, and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing engineering teams, including hiring and mentorship.

Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology decisions with business and product objectives.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and building scalable solutions from scratch.
