Position Purpose
Drive product management excellence for the world’s largest home improvement retailer. Lead the delivery of value‑based products that enhance customer experience, increase sales, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Planning – Partner with functional leaders to identify capabilities, develop strategic plans, and communicate product vision across the organization.
Product Roadmap & Execution – Own the enterprise product roadmap, prioritize updates, and ensure alignment with business and stakeholder priorities.
Growth & Customer Experience – Translate vision into action, drive growth, and provide seamless user experience across the customer journey.
Data‑Driven Product Management – Define metrics, analyze performance, and continually refine product features to meet customer and business needs.
Team Enablement – Establish a high‑performance product management discipline, mentor talent, and champion product management excellence across the enterprise.
Direct Manager & Reports
Reports to Sr Director, Product Management
Has 2–4 direct reports and indirectly manages 10–20 associates
Travel & Physical Requirements
Overnight travel 5–20% of the time
Most time spent sitting; light lifting on rare occasions
Located in a comfortable indoor area; conditions infrequent and not objectionable
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Proven leadership of product teams in a fast‑paced, multi‑division national company
Deep domain expertise in Merchandising Execution and In‑Store Environment
Expertise in defining value propositions, success metrics, and outcomes
Strong communication, influence, and relationship building across all levels
Experience managing and developing direct reports who lead others
Education & Experience
