Weekend Nurse Supervisor Ballard Center, Seattle, WA

Pay: $56-$60 per hour (RN) or $47-$51 per hour (LPN) + $3,500 hiring bonus. Full‑time Weekend shift Saturday & Sunday 6:30AM-10:30PM.

Responsibilities

Complete initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.

Write, initiate, and revise the plan of care as needed.

Initiate and deliver appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Complete, maintain, and submit accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.

Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.

Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Qualifications

RN or LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.

Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure quality of care standards for residents.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Have

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.

Behavioral care / memory care experience.

Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
