Project Manager - K-12 Construction

Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
Coordinate with owners, school districts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local/state regulations.
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager on ground-up K-12 construction projects.
Strong understanding of public-sector construction processes and school district requirements.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience working in South Florida is strongly preferred.
