Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve the roadmap for the commercialized AI solutions, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Topics tracks
Translate internal success metrics and learner feedback into market‑ready features and positioning
Determine the product‑service mix (e.g., self‑service vs. supported delivery) and clarify what is being sold
Identify market opportunities and conduct competitive analysis.
Customer & Market Research
Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends
Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
Product Planning & Execution
Lead decision‑making on content ownership, branding, and delivery models, resolving gaps in accountability and strategic direction.
Develop and prioritize product features, user stories, and requirements.
Maintain and manage the product backlog.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality features.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and success metrics.
Lifecycle Management
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
Continuously evaluate and improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Stakeholder Alignment & Governance
Serve as the central point of alignment across Optum AI, OTU, Fractal, Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams
Represent the product in executive reviews, steering committees, and commercialization workshops
Learning & Development Integration
Collaborate with L&D teams to embed AI‑first mindset and role‑based learning pathways into the commercial offering
Ensure training content aligns with responsible AI practices, legal standards, and healthcare‑specific use cases
Sales Enablement & Client Engagement
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define success metrics, learner personas, and client onboarding flows
Support SOW development and ensure clarity in program scope, certification expectations, and KPIs
Act as a liaison to clients during pre‑sales and post‑launch phases, ensuring alignment between expectations and deliverables
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product ownership or program management, ideally in EdTech, AI training, or healthcare
Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and enterprise L&D platforms
Familiarity with AI technologies, especially Generative AI, ML, and Python‑based training environments
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, multi‑team initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching at least 1 successful product in the market in a highly matrixed environment
Experience with commercialization of internal programs or training products
Knowledge of Databricks, Thought Industries, and enterprise LMS/LXP systems
Background in healthcare, responsible AI, or legal compliance in training contexts

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
