Engage in troubleshooting and support to maintain high availability and reliability.
Produce detailed technical documentation including network diagrams and configuration guides.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with emerging technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Architect, configure, and deploy secure network infrastructures including Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
Lead projects involving Fortinet Security portfolio and other major platforms.
Plan and execute migrations for network and security systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues.
Engage directly with clients to assess requirements and propose solutions.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for network configurations and change management.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and participate in training programs.
Collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and project delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
5-10 years of hands‑on experience with Fortinet Security technologies.
Proven ability to design and implement robust network and security architectures.
Expertise in configuring and migrating Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
Familiarity with platforms such as Aruba, HPE, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Cisco.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask across simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
Self‑motivated and committed to achieving goals in a dynamic environment.
