Responsibilities
Help cultivate a collaborative and safe environment. Speak up to name problems, inviting conversations that drive solutions.
Learn and innovate to improve quality, security, performance, and speed of execution.
Partner deeply with cross‑functional teams—marketing, data science, designers—to surface insights and turn them into technical action.
Drive quality through documentation: record decisions, communicate tradeoffs, and enable others to build upon your work.
Set clear expectations on delivery: set accurate achievable goals and maintain alignment when milestones shift.

Technology Stack Primary: Python. Secondary: Java. AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, CloudWatch), Snowflake, DBT, logging/metrics tooling, GitHub Actions. AI tools: OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GitHub Copilot.
Ideal Qualifications
Innate curiosity for improving quality, scalability, and observability.
Passionate about building resilient partner‑facing systems that drive measurable business value.
Analytical mindset with a knack for experimenting, learning, iterating, and growing.
Foundational debugging skills: investigate data, build hypotheses, make meaningful improvements.
Desire to apply generative AI across SDLC to boost velocity and quality.
Location Hybrid role based in Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC office. In‑office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Compensation US base salary range $120,000 - $145,000 + equity + benefits. Final starting pay determined by skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
