As a Front Desk Security Professional within a dynamic food and beverage location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. You will monitor access, manage guest interactions, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting security-related protocols. What You’ll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem‑solving manner.

Communicate professionally with employees, guests, and/or vendors to address inquiries and guide them as needed.

Assist with emergency response activities according to established protocols for the location.

Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with security-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
