Salesforce Lightning Developer - Boston, MA (Hybrid) - Local Candidate Only
Contract position with Ztek Consulting.
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid).
Local Candidate only.
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems across the retail and investment management businesses for banking clients.
Implement regional and global requirements from the business, using best practices to increase adoption and integrate with various third‑party and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem.
Work closely with different teams, taking a hands‑on role in designing and developing new features, and ensuring enhancements and solutions align with the company vision.
Qualifications
Good knowledge with hands‑on experience in Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry.
Hands‑on experience with APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Ability to deploy rapid prototypes to quickly envision challenges and credibly propose solutions to complex problems.
Basic knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third‑party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services.
Strong programming skills, including Reports, Dashboards, and Workflows.
Knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL.
Understanding of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX, etc.).
Experience with the full development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Apex test classes and scripts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
