The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall success of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and engaged team members. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all major guest-facing departments, including Rooms and Food & Beverage. Managing day-to-day hotel operations in the absence of a directly assigned General Manager. Driving profitability and ensuring operational efficiency across the property. Leading the hotel’s daily quality assurance processes and service standards. Serving as the primary operational liaison for ownership groups and corporate partners. Recruiting, interviewing, counseling, developing, and evaluating team members. Maintaining a consistent focus on guest satisfaction and team member engagement. What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of full-service hotel executive committee experience as Director Operations, Hotel Manager, Director Rooms, Assistant General Manager or equivalent. Experience managing a full-service property with revenue of $55M and 800+ rooms. Strong convention expertise and experience. Preferred Qualifications
Room and Food & Beverage experience highly preferred. Experience leading a Union team. College degree. Hilton brand experience. Hilton Values
