A Bit About Us We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic FP&A and Finance Director - Americas to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is a strategic leadership position that will be responsible for the overall financial health and direction of our American operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our business by driving financial planning and analysis, managing cash flow, and providing strategic financial direction. Responsibilities

Drive the financial planning and analysis function across all American operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity for business operations, and develop strategies to improve or maintain the financial health and integrity of the company.

Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision‑making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of potential alliances, investments, and/or mergers, pension funds and investments, and capital financing options.

Develop and implement robust financial management systems, processes, and controls to support our growth and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and stakeholders.

Partner with different business units to drive operational efficiencies and improvements.

Lead and motivate the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, and cash flow management.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change, influence decision‑making, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful and actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey financial information and concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.

Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align financial management with the company’s strategic goals.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.

Advanced knowledge of financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA or CA) is a plus.
