Job Description This position will provide programmatic, technical, and administrative support to the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Maritime Special Programs Unmanned Systems (UxS) commodity area. This role requires a blend of program management acumen, technical oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful execution of mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities
Advise the Program Manager (PM) on the safe and legal execution of government funds in support of the respective commodity area.
Understand, track, balance, and inform the PM in the areas of cost, schedule, and performance within the commodity area.
Identify programmatic risks and execute appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Engage with industry partners to understand capabilities and current and future technologies in the commodity space.
Integrated Product Team (IPT) Coordination: coordinate with subject matter experts in test & evaluation, engineering, logistics, finance, etc.
Direct technical activities of projects to ensure long- and short-range goals are met.
Ensure technical adequacy of completed assignments, exercising initiative in resolving problems arising from ambiguous priorities.
Review results of in-process testing, plan for future test requirements and equipment, and evaluate adequacy for ensuring quality of hardware/software produced.
Conduct critical technical analyses of systems, subsystems, and components to assess against operational requirements.
Create and modify presentation documentation using Microsoft Office and other Information Systems Products.
Requirements
Understanding of USSOCOM and NAVSEA program/project goals, objectives, and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
Prior Navy service with assignments supporting the NSW and DEVGRU enterprise.
Security Clearance
Active Secret clearance
Education
High School Diploma

Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The final salary is influenced by experience, skills, location, education, and contract category.
