Job Overview EVERSANA seeks a Neurology Sales Specialist (NSS) to drive performance in headache centers, neurology accounts and primary care within the Boston territory for Impel Pharmaceuticals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the territory.
Represent Impel Pharmaceuticals professionally in the field and ensure high visibility and customer satisfaction.
Achieve territory product sales goals and sales activity goals through company‑defined metrics.
Operate with urgency, anticipate barriers and propose solutions.
Develop data‑driven territory plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
Deliver product, access and corporate messaging in person (or virtual when necessary).
Handle customer objections, exceed expectations, and deliver value to health‑care professionals.
Maintain knowledge of managed‑care access and partner with Managed Markets team.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and provide strategic input to commercial colleagues.
Understand and comply with regulatory and ethical marketing laws, including FDA, PDMA, OIG guidelines.
Present a professional image of Impel Pharmaceuticals and use corporate resources responsibly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1‑year pharmaceutical specialty sales experience (migraine/neurology preferred).
Preferred experience with specialty pharmacy and launch success.
Strong communication, analytical and team‑oriented skills.
Ability to travel up to 50 % including overnight stays.
Current knowledge of industry, legal, regulatory compliance guidelines.
Valid driver’s license.
Commitment to ethical, legal and scientific standards.
