Director of Project Finance . This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-level financial insight, supporting capital markets activity, and partnering closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.

This position is ideal for a finance leader who combines deep analytical expertise with strong business judgment and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of sophisticated financial models supporting capital allocation, investment decisions, project financing, and long-term strategic planning.

Provide executive-level insights through clear, compelling financial analyses, forecasts, and scenario modeling.

Own short-, mid-, and long-term market outlooks, including risk assessments and sensitivity analyses.

Partner with senior leadership and external stakeholders to support debt and equity financing initiatives.

Serve as a strategic advisor on complex financial structures, partnerships, and capital optimization strategies.

Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to elevate analytical standards and best practices across the organization.

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

6+ years of progressive experience

in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience supporting capital markets activity, project finance, or large-scale investment decisions in the renewable energy space.

Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise; experience with Python, VBA, or other analytical tools is a plus.

Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.

Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries strongly preferred.
