iconic consumer brands, innovation, and operational excellence . You'll sit at the center of financial governance for North America legal entities, partnering across Finance, Shared Services, and senior stakeholders to ensure
accurate reporting, strong controls, and continuous improvement .

What You'll Do As
Senior Manager, General Accounting , you will:
Lead the
monthly, quarterly, and annual close
for North America legal entities
Ensure full compliance with
IFRS / US GAAP
and internal accounting guidelines
Act as the primary
audit liaison , managing external auditors and quarterly/annual reviews
Provide oversight and direction to
Shared Services General Accounting teams
Partner cross-functionally with
Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and Order-to-Cash
teams
Drive
process optimization, control enhancement, and efficiency improvements
Support
special initiatives
including M&A activity and system implementations
Serve as a trusted accounting advisor to finance and business stakeholders
Promote a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What Makes You a Strong Fit Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Big 4 accounting experience (MANDATORY)
7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
(audit strongly preferred)
Strong technical accounting expertise (IFRS or US GAAP – revenue, leasing, pensions, M&A)
Experience with
technical accounting research and position papers
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Executive-level communication skills with finance and non-finance partners
Advanced Excel;
SAP experience a plus
Comfortable working
hybrid (3 days onsite)
in the Rocky Hill, CT area
Preferred
CPA
Experience in manufacturing or complex global organizations
Prior leadership or matrixed team influence experience
