Senior Property Manager – Southern California

The Senior Property Manager will primarily oversee the management of properties in Southern California. The role is highly visible, requiring leadership, management and communication skills in a principal‑based environment. Location
San Diego County, Southern California. Reporting
Senior Asset Manager. Responsibilities
Conduct periodic property visits and inspections to ensure properties are well maintained and building systems function properly. Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Manage vendor relationships and troubleshoot issues, recommending improvements. Oversee projects directed by senior management, including bid negotiation, project scope review and construction oversight. Assist leasing teams and brokers during lease negotiations regarding tenant improvements, costing and related matters. Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses and submit required reports in a timely manner. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree. 5‑7 years of broad‑based commercial property management experience, including large in‑fill urban retail properties. Strong communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels. Deep understanding of contracts, leases and leasing objectives. Skilled in customer service and tenant relations. Ability to initiate bid requests, vendor and contractor management. Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience a plus. 20% travel. Compensation
$120,000 – $150,000 Base. Application
