Additional Conditions of Employment To qualify for
GS-14
candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level
GS-13.
Managing or leading a team;
Applying knowledge of Pay and Compensation policies, regulations, and standards;
Reviewing, analyzing, and resolving payroll and personnel system errors;
Providing technical advice to senior management, supervisors and employees on a wide variety of payroll and related pay and leave administration issues.
Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
