Commercial Banker – Emerging Middle Market – Vice President
We are looking for a customer‑focused Commercial Banker to join JPMorgan Chase’s Emerging Middle Market Banking team. In this role you will be the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationship management for businesses with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million. You will work independently and collaboratively to introduce our comprehensive solutions and grow profitable relationships within the target space.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
Five plus years experience in lending or credit support with a focus on business relationships.
Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting with proven client relationship skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with credibility at senior business and control partners.
Local market knowledge and strong local connections.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred.
Sales management, business development skills, and proficiency in building positive client relationships.
Strong creative solution and problem‑solving abilities with flexibility to changing business priorities.
Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self‑directed, proactive, and creative.
